1

A contemplative contribution

Each day a different leader from community, faith, civic or cultural life shares 3 minutes — reflecting on how they find peace, and offering a message of hope and upliftment.

2

10 minutes of shared silence

A gentle visual and subtle music accompany 10 minutes of collective silent meditation — held together, across Australia and beyond.

3

No barriers to participation

Free, no registration, no chat. Simply join at 9.00pm AEST each evening using the link below. Come once or come every night — all are welcome.

A culminating gathering

The 100 days culminate on September 21 — UN International Day of Peace — national gathering to mark the conclusion of the shared journey.

I commend your commitment to the 100 Days of Peace, bringing together interfaith, intergenerational and cross-cultural groups in silent meditation. Now more than ever, we must focus on peace.
— Clover Moore AO, Lord Mayor of Sydney
